Chocolate Open Roses

Red and Pink Chocolate Open Roses
One of my favorites because it is simple yet elegant. (Thank you Teresa from WC, Ca.).
Simply melt pink or red chocolate flavored compound coatings. Pour into the mold. Cool for 15 minutes and decorate with a lovely ribbon. These can easily be made in large quantity's and may different colors.
