My family is a little hard to dazzle with chocolates at the holidays. Over the last thirty years they have been the object of trial and error with most of my chocolate creations. But every year there is a favorite that never gets old, Mint Popcorn, Yummy Mint Popcorn. My family loves it. I love it because I can make a lot of it fast and it makes great snacking while I'm packaging it. I recommend large bags for gifting, there never seems to be enough mint popcorn.
